Fire-Rated ACP Cladding (FR-A2) Manufactured in KSA

At Triad Aluminum Facades, we manufacture certified Fire-Rated Aluminum Composite Panels (FR-A2) built to meet the strictest fire safety codes in Saudi Arabia. Engineered with an inorganic, non-combustible mineral core, our cladding panels provide ultimate life-safety protection for commercial towers, healthcare facilities, airports, and public developments across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

Need Saudi Civil Defense test certificates, technical datasheets, or factory estimation?

Sourced and fabricated locally inside our KSA factory, our FR-A2 composite panels are fully tested and pre-approved for Civil Defense project submittals.

TECHNICAL SPECS

Technical Specifications & Testing Standards

Our FR-A2 ACP panels are bonded to heavy-gauge 3003-H14 or 5052-H32 aluminum skins (0.5mm thickness per side) and undergo rigorous quality control on our factory floor.

01

Reaction to Fire (EN 13501-1)

Certified Class A2-s1, d0 (Non-combustible, lowest smoke, zero flaming droplets).

02

Fire Propagation Test (NFPA 285)

Passes full-scale wall assembly testing for multi-story exterior non-load-bearing wall assemblies.

03

Peel Strength (ASTM D903)

High-bond adhesive layer ensures the aluminum skins never delaminate under extreme thermal expansion.

04

Wind Load Capacity (ASTM E330)

Engineered to withstand dynamic suction pressures up to 3.5 kPa on high-rise structures.

Key Performance Advantages of Triad FR-A2 Cladding

Full Saudi Civil Defense Compliance

Our FR-A2 panels meet all Saudi Building Code (SBC 201/801) requirements for exterior wall assemblies. They pass international flammability tests, ensuring quick Civil Defense authority approvals for main contractors and consultants.

Extreme Thermal & Fire Resistance

Under direct flame exposure exceeding 600°C, the mineral core releases chemically bound water molecules. This process cools the panel surface and starves flames of oxygen, preventing vertical fire spread up the building elevation.

PVDF Kynar 500 Weather Protection

Coated with premium 70% PVDF Kynar 500 resin, our panel surfaces resist harsh KSA desert conditions, intense UV rays, sand abrasion, and coastal salt spray without chalking, cracking, or fading.

High Structural Rigidity with Low Weight

FR-A2 panels deliver the structural flatness of heavy sheet metal at a fraction of the weight. This reduces dead loads on the building frame and simplifies fast rainscreen installation.

What Makes FR-A2
Composite Cladding Non-Combustible?

Standard composite panels rely on combustible polyethylene cores that can fuel exterior building fires. Our FR-A2 panels feature a high-density mineral core formulated with over 90% non-combustible magnesium hydroxide and aluminum trihydrate.

01Standard PE ACP

Standard polyethylene ACP uses a 100% polymer core and offers a lightweight, cost-effective cladding solution. However, its high flammability makes it unsuitable for many exterior façade applications.

FR-B1 ACP features a mineral-filled core designed to improve fire resistance and reduce smoke and flame spread. It is suitable for selected architectural and façade applications where enhanced fire performance is required.

Triad FR-A2 ACP features over 90% inorganic mineral content and achieves Class A2-s1, d0 non-combustible performance. It provides enhanced fire safety for high-rise buildings and demanding exterior façade applications.
