EI60 System (60-Minute Fire & Insulation Resistance)

Designed for commercial lobbies, mechanical rooms, and fire refuge zones, these heavy-duty fire-rated systems feature an 80mm ceramic-insulated frame and 23–27mm multi-layer fire-resistant glass with dual intumescent interlayers.

EI120 System (120-Minute Fire & Insulation Resistance)

Engineered for critical fire-safety applications, including high-rise refuge floors, elevator shafts, and transformer rooms, these systems feature steel-reinforced ceramic-insulated frames and 40mm+ multi-layer fire-resistant glass with expanding interlayers.

Fire-rated glazing and framing are classified based on performance under extreme furnace testing conditions.

01Class E – Integrity

 

Class E fire-rated systems help block flames, smoke, and hot gases but do not provide significant radiant heat protection. They are suitable for smoke screens and non-combustible partitions.

Class EW systems provide flame and smoke protection while limiting radiant heat transfer, making them suitable for boundary walls and external fire corridors.

Class EI systems provide complete fire, smoke, and heat protection, making them ideal for stairwells, refuge floors, elevator lobbies, and atrium barriers.
