Works in Desert Climates
Standard aluminum profiles conduct heat quickly, transferring outside temperatures exceeding 50°C directly into air-conditioned interior spaces. Our thermal break fenestration systems feature a non-conductive polyamide structural bar (PA66 GF25) crimped between the inner and outer aluminum extrusions.

Non-thermal aluminum frames have no thermal barrier, allowing heat transfer and increasing the risk of condensation and energy loss. They offer basic thermal and acoustic performance.
02Triad Thermal Break Aluminum
Triad thermal break aluminum uses a 24mm–34mm reinforced polyamide barrier to reduce heat transfer, prevent condensation, and improve energy efficiency. It also provides enhanced acoustic insulation and SASO-compliant thermal performance.
